The basics for using Conformant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Conformant helps recruitment and staffing agencies document and manage EU AI Act compliance workflows. We provide software tools — not legal advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions and outcomes.
Keep your login details secure and make sure information in your workspace is accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting team members appropriately.
Paid plans and trials are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees, seat limits, and features are shown on our pricing page. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings.
Please use Conformant lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or misuse the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use — especially unnecessary candidate personal data.
Where Conformant processes personal data on your behalf in the compliance workspace, our Data Processing Agreement applies. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload personal data (including any candidate-related content in evidence files).
We work hard to keep Conformant available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice where practical.
